We accept many insurance plans and payment options. See below to check your eligibility.
Aetna Plans
We currently accept Aetna Plans for DC, Virginia and Maryland residents. Click here if you have Aetna and live in Maryland or Virginia. Click here if you have Aetna and live in DC.
Cigna Plans
We partner with Wildflower Health to cover lactation care through Cigna plans. Click here if you have a Cigna insurance plan. After submitting your information, someone will be in touch to set up your lactation consult.
Other Accepted Plans
Click here to check your eligibility for insurance-covered care through The Lactation Network if you have the following insurance plans: Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, VA OptumEast, Premera, Regence, UnitedHealthcare PPO and HMO, UMR, Oxford, or a plan that includes MultiPlan or PNOA on your insurance card. After submitting your information, someone will be in touch to set up your lactation consult.
Self-Pay
If you have none of the above-mentioned insurance plans, we offer the option to pay out of pocket for a home or telehealth consult. After the consult, we give you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. Click here for this option.
